It is a thinking tool designed to help you build and grow, not a substitute for professional advice in legal, medical, financial, or other specialized areas.
ikaika is not a licensed attorney, physician, therapist, financial advisor, or other regulated professional, and nothing it generates is legal, medical, financial, or clinical advice. Communications with ikaika are not protected by attorney-client, doctor-patient, or any other professional privilege. Nirmata Vision is not currently HIPAA-compliant and has no plans to become so — do not enter Protected Health Information about yourself or any third party. Nirmata Vision is also not currently FERPA-compliant, so student educational records protected under FERPA should not be entered either. Nirmata Vision is not an emergency service; in any medical emergency, mental health crisis, or threat of harm, contact 911 or 988 directly. Nirmata Vision is not designed for child welfare case work or any use subject to mandated reporter laws.
Beyond the categories above, please do not enter: privileged legal communications or attorney work product about third parties; child welfare case files or documentation about minors in protective or investigative contexts; passwords, full credit card numbers, full Social Security numbers, or other authentication credentials; trade secrets or proprietary information you are not authorized to share; or information identifying victims of crime, abuse, or other vulnerable individuals.
When enabled, the Local Laws feature adjusts ikaika’s responses for jurisdiction-specific questions — state and local laws, licensing, taxation, and similar regulated topics — and shows a green, yellow, or red risk indicator pointing you to the relevant verifying authority. This feature does not constitute legal advice and is not a substitute for licensed legal counsel. Verified statute citations are planned for Q3 2026; until then, the feature uses observational, non-authoritative language.
ikaika watches for signs of emotional distress or crisis in every conversation, regardless of whether this feature is enabled in your settings. When serious signals appear, ikaika surfaces the 988 Suicide and Crisis Lifeline and the Crisis Text Line (text 741741). This is an always-active safety baseline, not therapy, counseling, or clinical assessment. In any mental health emergency, contact 988, 911, or your nearest emergency department directly.
ikaika is a conversational assistant only. It cannot access your computer, files, terminal, camera, microphone, or any device hardware in standard use, and it cannot make purchases or send emails on your behalf. Any action outside the conversation window requires your explicit action, not ikaika’s.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Nirmata Vision and its operators are not liable for damages arising from reliance on AI-generated information.

Nirmata Vision operates proprietary automated systems that continuously monitor platform health, security, legal compliance, and product quality. These systems run on scheduled intervals and take actions without requiring manual intervention. The specific implementation details, architecture, and logic of these systems are proprietary and confidential.
Our automated systems ensure the platform stays secure, available, legally compliant, and improving. They detect and respond to security threats, monitor platform performance, review applicable AI laws, and incorporate user feedback into product improvements. All automated actions are logged and supervised by the founder.
All automated systems operate under the direct supervision of the Nirmata Vision founder. The founder has full visibility into every automated action, can pause any system instantly, and personally reviews findings that require human judgment. No automated system makes decisions affecting user accounts without founder approval.
A private, operator-only mode exists for the platform’s founder to maintain and develop the service. This mode allows ikaika to propose commands that only execute on the operator’s own machine, and only after the operator explicitly approves each one individually. Access is restricted to a fixed, authenticated email allowlist and a private access code never shared with users, and a safety blocklist prevents destructive operations such as system-level changes, recursive deletion, or force-push actions. Standard user sessions have no access to this mode and no ability to read files, execute commands, or affect any machine. Operator-mode sessions are logged.
Feedback you submit through 👍👎🧠 buttons or NVR reports is received and reviewed by the Nirmata Vision team — which includes both the human founder and automated review processes. Negative feedback and user ideas are given priority review. We take all feedback seriously and use it to improve the platform.
Our automated systems access platform-level operational data such as performance metrics and system logs. They do not access or monitor your private conversation content for operational purposes. Your conversations are between you and ikaika. Full data practices are described in our Privacy Policy.
We operate 24/7 automated security monitoring that detects and responds to threats including brute force attacks, suspicious access patterns, and abuse. Malicious activity results in automatic protective measures including IP blocking. All security events are logged.
We conduct regular reviews of applicable AI governance frameworks including FTC guidelines, CCPA, CPRA, and other relevant regulations. Each review is timestamped and formally acknowledged by the founder, creating an auditable compliance record. We make good-faith efforts to stay current with evolving AI laws and update our Terms and Privacy policies accordingly.
Voice input converts your speech to text in real time using transcription technology. The resulting text is processed by ikaika as conversation content. Raw audio is not retained permanently. Voice features are always user-initiated and never run without your knowledge.
We use industry-standard infrastructure for AI capabilities, data storage, hosting, and related services. We select providers based on security, reliability, and privacy practices. We share only the minimum necessary data with any third party and never sell your personal information.
Nirmata Vision does not currently offer specialized compliance tiers and has no plans to pursue HIPAA compliance for this platform. Two other specialized tiers are planned for future release: Pro Legal, an attorney-client-privileged tier for licensed attorneys (estimated 2027), and Pro Education, a FERPA-compliant tier for educators (estimated 2027). When you complete the Transparency Act agreement on your first visit, Nirmata Vision logs a permanent record of your agreement. This record includes: the timestamp of your agreement, the version of the agreement you accepted, your IP address, your browser user agent, and your account ID if you are signed in. This record is stored securely in our database and is never deleted. It exists solely to protect both you and Nirmata Vision in the event of a legal dispute. We do not use this data for marketing, analytics, or any purpose other than legal record-keeping.
Every moderation action taken on this platform — including strikes issued for policy violations, appeals submitted, and unblock decisions — is logged permanently with a timestamp, IP address, and the content that triggered the action. These logs are immutable and are never deleted, even when a user is unblocked. They exist to ensure fair, consistent, and auditable moderation. Nirmata Vision maintains a permanent log of every AI governance and compliance review conducted on this platform. Each review is formally acknowledged by the founder with a timestamped record that includes the date, the version of guidelines reviewed, and the founder’s IP address at time of acknowledgment. This log exists to demonstrate ongoing due diligence with evolving AI laws and regulations. It is available to legal counsel and regulatory authorities upon request.
The internal architecture, implementation, configuration, and operational details of Nirmata Vision’s automated systems are proprietary intellectual property. This page describes what these systems do and how they affect users — not how they are built or configured. Attempting to reverse engineer, replicate, or exploit knowledge of these systems is prohibited under our Terms of Service and applicable law.
