Nirmata Vision is an AI-powered companion platform designed to help people develop ideas, build income streams, and grow through learning. The core AI companion is named ikaika. ikaika is an artificial intelligence — not a human. This is always disclosed and ikaika will confirm it is AI when sincerely asked.
ikaika is powered by large language models including Claude (Anthropic). ikaika can make mistakes. It can misunderstand context, provide outdated information, or generate responses that are imperfect. Always verify important financial, legal, medical, or business decisions with qualified professionals. ikaika is a thinking tool, not a substitute for expert advice.
You may use Nirmata Vision for personal development, business ideation, learning, goal tracking, and general AI-assisted conversation. You may not use the platform to generate harmful content, attempt to manipulate or deceive others, scrape or abuse the system, or violate any applicable law.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. We offer two-factor authentication and encourage you to enable it. If you believe your account has been compromised, contact us immediately. You may delete your account at any time through Settings → Controls.
Nirmata Vision includes a voice transcription feature. When you use voice input, your audio is transcribed to text and processed by our AI. By using voice features, you consent to this transcription. Voice recordings are not stored permanently — transcription results may be retained as part of conversation history per your privacy settings.
When you submit feedback via thumbs up (👍), thumbs down (👎), brain ideas (🧠), or NVR reports typed in chat, that feedback is received and reviewed by the Nirmata Vision team. "The team" includes automated AI agents that monitor, categorize, and act on feedback as well as the human founder. We do not claim feedback is reviewed exclusively by humans.
Nirmata Vision operates 12 autonomous AI agents that continuously monitor the platform, fix code, scan for compliance issues, detect security threats, and generate improvement ideas. These agents are described in detail on our Transparency page. They operate under the supervision of the founder and within defined rules.
We collect: conversation history (to enable memory and continuity), account information (email, display name), usage data (features used, session duration), feedback submissions, voice transcription results, and technical logs. We use Supabase for data storage. See our Privacy Policy for full details.
Live agent logs are retained for 7 days. Resolved system logs are retained for 14 days. Conversation history is retained until you delete it. Account data is retained until you delete your account. Compliance scan records are retained indefinitely as required for legal protection.
We employ an automated security agent (GD11) that monitors for suspicious activity, brute force attacks, and abuse. IP addresses engaged in malicious behavior may be automatically banned. We log security incidents. We take reasonable measures to protect your data but cannot guarantee absolute security.
Nirmata Vision is intended for users 13 years of age and older. Users under 18 should have parental awareness of their use. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 13. If you believe a child under 13 has an account, contact us and we will delete it promptly.
California residents have the right to know what personal information we collect, request deletion of their data, opt out of sale (we do not sell personal data), and non-discrimination for exercising these rights. To exercise these rights, use the Controls page or contact us directly.
Content you create using Nirmata Vision belongs to you. The platform, ikaika, and all underlying code and systems belong to Nirmata Vision. Do not reproduce, resell, or redistribute the platform or its components without written permission.
Nirmata Vision is provided as-is. We are not liable for decisions made based on AI output, business outcomes, data loss, or service interruptions. Our total liability is limited to amounts paid to us in the 30 days preceding a claim, if any.
We may update these terms. When we do, the effective date changes and the version number increments. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. For material changes, we will notify users through the platform.
